Max Carty

Mr. Carty joined Anderson LeNeave & Co. in 2023 as an Associate focusing on identifying strategic buyers/financing sources, financial modeling, completing due diligence, and preparing confidential memoranda.  He has experience working with a variety of industries and has developed an expertise in many aspects of the transaction process, such as company & industry research, financial analysis & valuation, review of key industry participants and development of marketing materials.  In addition to providing transactional support, Mr. Carty assists the firm with its business development efforts.

Experience Prior to Anderson LeNeave & Co.

• Ameris Bank - Assistant Vice President.  Mr. Carty successfully structured and underwrote over $250 million in commercial real estate, commercial and industrial and sponsor-backed transactions. Max was also a credit analyst, portfolio manager and underwriter with Ameris.

Max is a native of Hoboken, NJ.  He enjoys golf, being outdoors and fishing.
